Jet Condenser is used for generating vacuum and vapor condensatioon by using water as motive fluid. EES supplied Jet Condenser operate with stable vacuum and low power consumption. Hydrodynamically designed jet nozzles fitted in the condenser operate at low pressure and high ejection efficiency. Thus, the water requirement of EES Jet Condenser is low.

EES supplied Jet Condenser can be opearted in both manual and auto mode. Water consumtion of the condensers is controlled by using a control valve at the inlet of the condenser. The valve controls the water flow to the condeser based on the vacuum requirement of the pan / connected vessel. Water outlet temperature from the condenser is also maintained at an optimum level therby increasing the efficiency of the Cooling Tower/ Spray Pond as well.

Due to easy and simple automation method, the operation of condenser is trouble free in auto mode. The manual condenser can be easily converted to auto mode without any modificaiton requirement of the existing condenser.

Following information shall be available through our system:

Absolute vacuum, header pressure, tailpipe temperature, massecuite temperature, inlet water temperature, water consumption by the condenser and Vapor condensation in each condenser.
